Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to make a return or exchange, send us a message through our customer contact form to verify the return/exchange, and then mail your items back. Our return address is:

You have 30 days to initiate a return/exchange. After that time, we will be unable to process a return or exchange of any kind. We require the returned items to be unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition. Sale items cannot be refunded. We will only issue a replacement item if it is defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from issued refunds.
Once we have received a returned item, it may take a few days to process and issue a refund/exchange. We will contact you when we receive your item(s) and will continue to keep you informed throughout the process. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If you have not received your refund, please check the original method of payment multiple times. Then, we recommend you contact your credit card company and/or bank to see if the refund is simply still processing. It may take a few days for received refunds to be processed and issued into your account.
